In our brick extensions in WattSchema/WattSchema#6 we are adding an 'evaporator' as a part you can have inside of a chiller, subclassed from HX. We think this is distinct from an evaporative heat exchanger.
One maybe wrinkle is we also subclassed this from HX, but they do feel different, but maybe they should be somewhere else?
I think in 223 an evaporator inside a chiller would just be modeled as a heat exchanger with a role-evaporator, but there's not much explanation on the roles in 223.
