thanks a lot for this powerful package.
if when install sucessfully in python 3.10, it will failed when import
ImportError: cannot import name 'AnyRandom' from 'scanpy._utils'.

and in python 3.11, due to the depreated of distutils.msvccompiler.

can there be a conda version, or a new python version.

If you install an environment with scanpy 1.9.8 (older version that still has AnyRandom and _check_use_raw), installed signaturescoring from their GitHub repo with --no-deps, plus scikit-misc. That made the original package importable and functional.
