For some of the North America domain graphics, the lowest contour values are missing, predominately over Greenland and sometimes Iceland too. When flipping between forecast hours, this "flashing" behavior most noticeably shows up in the 2-m T and skin T fields. The error is reproducible when re-submitting the plotting job. However, it is a Python issue because the issue disappeared when plotting 2-m T using a standalone script. Will need to investigate the cause of this.
