Description

[AVM Module Issue]: avm/ptn/lz/sub-vending:8.0.0 module uses avm/res/network/route-table:0.5.0 and does not allow disableBgpRoutePropagation to be turned off (set to false by default). We are experiencing routing issues now because routes are being propogated against our network design.

Proposed fix would be to allow the parameter to be set in the main sub-vending module.
