Generic Instruction Blocks

Great package, just wondering if there's a way to have a generic block? Like for a TON instruction?

I'm not using LaTeX any more, you could try to add this functionality by yourself to this package or lookup to this one, apparently more complete : https://ctan.org/pkg/tikz-ladder
