Action does not find any asana url links

In our repo we are linking Asana urls with the same pattern in every PR like:
https://app.asana.com/1/123123123123123/project/1231231231231231/task/1231231231231231

And it works for most PRs, but for some, it doesn't, no matter where in the description and how we put the url even if we rerun the action multiple times. This is output of the action:

I am experiencing the same issue in my repository.

@yamatchan I think I found out why it happens:
When the PR is initially opened without the Asana link and then the description is edited and the link is added, the action does not pick it up, even if I rerun it multiple times.
A workaround is to add the 'edited' as a trigger event to the action as well, so when the description is edited, the action runs again and picks up the link properly. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info!
I was also adding the Asana task links by editing the PR description after it was created.
Once I added edited to on.pull_request.types, the PR linked to Asana successfully.
