I can't open pick.mp3!

I'm very happy when you see this.But now,when I run"main()", the shell just tell me"Unable to open file 'sounds/pick.mp3'.It's in line 329.I don't know why.I have some book about pygame ,
so I chage it like this: pygame.mixer.music.load('pick.mp3') ,but then the shell tell me 'Coundn't open pick.mp3'.I debug it for a afternoon.I really hope you can fixed it.Thank you a lot!
PS:I know my Engish is not well, because I am not a Engish or a America.

Sorry for the long wait for an answer. So, do you sure that you downloaded the project and installed all libraries correctly? And also what ide do you use? (Sorry for any errors, English isn't my first language)

And my ide just is python idle.I'm learning how to use VScode now.

Can you download pycharm and try to run the project in it? Also can you check that file PROJECT_FOLDER\sounds\pick.mp3 is exists?

Here's a better fix: in line 329 in main.py, replace the actual line of code after the statement print "Loading sounds....." with sound.BLOCKS_SOUND["pickUp"] = pygame.mixer.Sound(io.FileIO("sounds/pick.mp3").read())
Apply similar fixes to those sounds that don't open up.
