Qualified participant rewards:

Qualified participant rewards are capped and intended for valid, useful submissions that meet the minimum requirements.
- Rewards are distributed after review.
- Rewards are not instant.
- One reward per builder/team unless explicitly approved.
- Low-effort or duplicate submissions do not qualify.
- Wallets may be screened before distribution.
- Final reward execution is handled by the Chef Universe / GRAM treasury operator, not by this repository.
