Offer Message Data in Wallet should be Human Friendly

• Currently wallet spend action data received by Wallet app seems to be a stringified JSON object. This should be more human readable.

• 52.a @dckc mentioned that (assuming I understood it correctly) the resulting (connected wallet) address should appear prominently on the UI page.
