It's pretty cumbersome to export the diagrams from drawio.
The desktop program can be used as cli
(on my computer, using WSL2, I can call it as "/mnt/c/Program Files/draw.io/draw.io.exe" --help
As github actions, it's runnable through https://github.com/marketplace/actions/draw-io-cli
