Add notebook for transfer learning use case

Description

Create a tutorial notebook demonstrating how to apply VERONA to a transfer-learning scenario.
The notebook should show how to:

• Load pretrained ONNX networks from Marcel Baumann repo
• Integrate the pretrained and fine-tuned model into a VERONA experiment pipeline.
• Generate robustness distributions.
• Compare results with/without transfer learning.

Motivation

We have a master thesis based on this and we want to show how to use VERONA in many different cases.

Proposed Tasks

• Find the original and some finetuned models.
• Show how to configure VERONA for themodels and dataset.
• Add explanatory markdown cells and comments.
• Add nice visuals similar to in Baumanns thesis
• Verify notebook runs end-to-end.
