This comes up if the previous compiling failed.
Have you set your SDK correctly? I just used SDK 8.3 and successfully created the library.

I've just merged #4 , The pull request provides that CryptoPP 5.6.2 and 64bit support.
It works fine building with XCode 6.3.2, iOS SDK 8.3.
I tested only on simulator. I wish you good luck.
