Multiple share access from same server?

Is it possible to configure SambaDav to allow accessing various different servers/shares from the same SambaDav server?

For example:
https://sambadav.contoso.com/webfolders => user's homeDirectory as stored in AD
https://sambadav.contoso.com/staffshared => \\contoso-staff\shared$ (for users that have permission on it)
https://sambadav.contoso.com/corporation => \\contoso-board\corporation$ (for users that have permission on it)

(we don't care about Windows XP clients, so if that's all that would prevent this, that's not an issue)

Or would we have to have separate VMs and SSL certificates for all 3 of these like:
https://homedirectory.contoso.com/webfolders
https://staffshared.contoso.com/webfolders
https://corporationdocuments.contoso.com/webfolders
